Introduction
Managing your website effectively involves occasional access to its backend. Whether your Norgress site is built on Wix, WordPress, or Shopify, understanding how to log in to the backend is crucial for site management. This step-by-step guide will walk you through the login process for each platform, so you can take control of your online presence with ease.
Norgress websites uses Wix as our preferred website building platform. But occasionally, some clinet sites may run on other platforms like WordPress or Shopify. Please check with our support staff if you are unsure which platfrom is running your site.
Logging into Wix
Step 1: Go to the Wix Login Page
Open your web browser and navigate to the Wix login page by going to Wix.com.
Step 2: Enter Your Credentials
Enter the email address and password associated with your Wix account. If Norgress did the initial set up your website, you would have received these credentials via email.
Step 3: Access Your Dashboard
Click the "Log In" button to access your Wix Dashboard, where you can manage all aspects of your Wix website. Click on the "Edit Now' button to edit your website's design and layout.
Logging into WordPress
Step 1: Navigate to Your WordPress Admin URL
Your WordPress admin URL is generally in the format www.example.com/wp-admin. Just replace example.com with your business's actual domain name and navigate to it.
Step 2: Enter Username and Password
On the login page, input your username and password. If Norgress did the initial set up your website, you would have received these credentials via email. If you've forgotten these, click on the "Lost your password?" link to reset it.
Step 3: Access The Dashboard
Click on the "Log In" button to access your WordPress dashboard, from where you can manage posts, pages, and other website elements in your WordPress site.
Logging into Shopify
Step 1: Go to Shopify's Login Page
Open your web browser and navigate to the Shopify login page by going to Shopify.com.
Step 2: Sign In with Credentials
Enter the email address and password linked to your Shopify store. If Norgress did the initial set up your website, you would have received these credentials via email.
Step 3: Access Your Admin Panel
Finally, click the log in button to access your Shopify admin panel. Once you are there you will able to add/remove products, update pricing and many other tasks to manage your store.
